Previously CEO of Crystal Capital Partners, a $900mm fund of hedge funds, he also held roles in investment banking at BNP Paribas, private equity at Atrium Capital Partners, and trading at Citibank. David holds an MBA from Columbia and a BS from Universidad Metropolitana. An avid runner, skier, kitesurfer, and father of four, he values focus, consistency, and adventure in work and life.

Mark is a Founding Partner at Glide, focused on strategic growth and business development. He works closely with clients to understand their aspirations in building private market offerings and delivers solutions that bring those visions to life. With over 30 years of experience in structuring and operations across alternative investments, Mark combines deep expertise with a client-first mindset. A CFA, he enjoys time with his daughter and traveling to Canada to see friends and family.

Alberto is a Partner at Glide Capital, leading business development and serving on the Investment Committee. With 32 years of experience in global fixed income markets, he focuses on identifying investment ideas that deliver alpha and long-term value to clients. Alberto holds a BS in Finance from Lehigh University. An active tennis player, he competes on the ITF World Masters Tour, reaching a career-best world ranking of #65 in 2025.

With experience from the firm’s inception, he brings a structured, solution-oriented mindset shaped by his background as a civil engineer with postgraduate business studies. Stefanos is passionate about geopolitics and sports, finding inspiration in how strategy and teamwork shape outcomes both in business and beyond.

Alberto is the Director of Business Development at Glide, helping advisors, accredited investors, and institutions design private credit portfolios for stable income generation. With over 30 years of experience working alongside institutional investors in manager selection, he brings deep insight and partnership to every client engagement. A CFA and graduate of UC Berkeley, Alberto loves visiting food markets abroad to connect people, culture, and business.

Cristin Marie Carter is the Director of Growth at Glide.  Over the last decade she founded and built a private credit-focused asset manager in Brazil, which was the culmination of the previous 10 years in emerging market asset and wealth management.  She holds a BBA in International Business from The University of Texas at Austin and in International Finance from ESADE Barcelona.  She is a lifelong surfer, skier & musician, and lover of books, languages and unfettered adventure.

Abraham leads Glide’s data, technology, and automation strategy, designing systems and AI solutions that enhance operations and client experience. With a background in Talmudic study, finance, and data architecture, he brings structure and innovation to complex challenges. He holds an MBA in Finance from Johns Hopkins University and a BA in Talmudic Law from Ner Israel Rabbinical College. Outside work, Abraham studies Talmud, plays guitar, and follows the Premier League.

David helps wealth managers and family offices build and manage alternative investment solutions with ease. With over 15 years at Crédit Agricole Indosuez Wealth Management serving clients across Latin America and Europe, he’s skilled at turning complex ideas into simple, effective strategies. He holds a BBA in International Finance from Mississippi State University. A former professional tennis player ranked 1316 ATP, David brings discipline, focus, and integrity to every partnership.

Alejandro is the Director of Investments at Glide, leading the firm’s investment strategy and due diligence to provide clients access to top private market opportunities. With over six years of experience in fund evaluation and structuring, he has launched multi-million-dollar vehicles and worked with global managers on tailored solutions. He holds an MS in Finance from the University of Miami and a BA in Economics from Fordham University. A Miami Hurricanes fan, he also enjoys golf.

Tatiana is the Director of Operations at Glide, overseeing fund administration, audit coordination, and tax matters to ensure efficiency, compliance, and seamless execution. With a background in external audit and financial compliance, she brings strong expertise in controls, reporting accuracy, and teamwork. A Public Accountant with postgraduate studies in Administration and an MBA, Tatiana enjoys spending time at the beach, where she finds balance and inspiration.

Victoria manages client onboarding at Glide, overseeing fund setup for digital subscription, investor AML/KYC reviews, and coordination with fund administrators and custodial platforms. She holds a BBA in Finance with certificates in Banking and International Bank Management from Florida International University. Outside of work, Victoria enjoys time with family and friends, cheering for the Miami Heat, and volunteering in her community.

Juan Mario is Glide’s In-House Legal Counsel, providing legal support to the firm and its clients as part of Glide’s turnkey solutions. He oversees SPV structuring and manages the legal processes behind the investment structures Glide designs. Previously a Senior Lawyer at Porvenir, Colombia’s largest pension fund, he specialized in alternative investments and negotiations. A graduate of the University of Los Andes in Bogotá, he enjoys soccer, golf, and padel tennis.

Andres is responsible for designing and developing Glide’s internal web application infrastructure and data integrations. With three years of experience building scalable applications, he focuses on writing clean, efficient, and well-structured code. Andres holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Universidad de los Andes. In his free time, he enjoys fixing electronics, playing tennis, and going to the gym.

Ariel builds tools and workflows that automate internal processes at Glide, enhancing efficiency and scalability across teams. He holds a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and a Diploma in Computer Science from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile. Passionate about tennis and soccer, he also enjoys reading and continuous learning through books.

Dania is an Investment Analyst at Glide, evaluating opportunities across private credit, private equity, real estate, and other alternative assets. With over five years in alternative investments, she has managed large portfolios and led due diligence on funds across Latin America and the U.S. Dania holds a Master’s in Business Management and a Bachelor’s in Finance from UNITEC. She enjoys traveling, outdoor activities, and time with family and friends.

Iara creates and manages marketing content, develops digital strategies, and supports market research to strengthen Glide’s brand presence. Her background in marketing and business management has honed her analytical skills, creativity, and adaptability. Currently pursuing a double degree in Business Administration and Marketing, Iara loves music and plays the guitar. She also enjoys soccer and staying active through sports.

Isabella supports the onboarding process at Glide and assists in reviewing NAV calculations. She previously worked for five years in a Colombian bank’s finance department, managing expenses and budgets, before joining an investment fund’s operations team. An economist from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana Cali, she also holds master’s degrees from Eafit and Icesi Universities. Isabella is dedicated, loves sports, and is passionate about helping others.

Martin leads Glide’s software initiatives, focusing on architecture design, code quality, and mentoring engineers to build reliable systems that drive the firm’s digital strategy. With over ten years of experience in software development and digital transformation, he combines technical depth, product vision, and people leadership. Martin holds a degree in Computer Science from Universidad de los Andes (Chile) and enjoys time with his two daughters, cooking, and photography.

Matias designs and develops Glide Capital’s web applications, ensuring scalability and an exceptional user experience for both internal teams and clients. He has contributed to software projects in the finance and healthcare sectors, developing scalable solutions that shape his approach to building robust, efficient products. Matias holds a degree in Computer Science from Universidad de los Andes and is passionate about technology, gaming, and sports.

Orlando is responsible for identifying business opportunities in Latin America. With over 10 years of experience in commercial banking and the financial sector, he brings strong market insight and relationship-building skills to his role. Orlando holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and enjoys traveling and sailing in his free time.

Paul develops and optimizes internal financial platforms at Glide, building scalable tools and dashboards that improve data visibility and efficiency. With experience leading software projects from design to deployment, he creates reliable, data-driven solutions that enhance decision-making. Paul is an Industrial Civil Engineer with a major in Software Engineering and a minor in Data Science from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. He’s passionate about soccer and strength training.

Renato manages daily operations at Glide, including wire transfers, investor distributions, capital calls, and cash reconciliation, while also supporting Victoria in leading the Onboarding Team. Before joining Glide, he worked in wealth management and earned an MS in Finance from the University of Miami. Renato holds a BS in Business Administration and Economics from Northeastern University. He loves playing sports like soccer, basketball, tennis, and padel, and enjoys snowboarding in winter.

Saurav supports the Glide team by assisting with a variety of projects and offering a fresh, youthful perspective to the group. A graduate of the American School of Dubai, Class of 2025, and recipient of the Sikander Shallwani Senior Business Award, he is pursuing his degree at the DeGroote School of Business, McMaster University, Class of 2029. Saurav loves basketball, golf, and football, and his international upbringing has fueled his passion for travel and new experiences.

Smitha supports NAV processing and audit assistance at Glide, applying her skills in data analysis, numerical accuracy, and logical reasoning to ensure precision in fund and investor returns. She also coordinates with fund managers, assists with audit queries, and supports accounting processes. A Chartered Accountant with a Master’s in Commerce, Smitha enjoys reading and crocheting in her free time.

Vanessa provides essential support to Glide’s directors and staff, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the office. She manages administrative tasks including budgeting, expense tracking, and HR coordination while maintaining company data and ensuring policy compliance. As a key point of contact between clients and the internal team, Vanessa fosters clear communication and organizational efficiency. She enjoys exercising, traveling, and learning about different cultures.

As Operations Manager, Yuly supports the review of NAV calculations and investor statement reports. She brings experience from the financial services industry and EY, and previously served as Senior Accountant at a U.S.-based tech care company overseeing LATAM operations, accounting, and compliance. Yuly holds a Bachelor of Accounting from Nueva Granada University and a Master’s in Finance from Universidad de Los Andes. She enjoys running 10K races and painting with her daughters.
